Product Availability And Pricing

Infrequently, data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@dcjewellery.com.

International Shipments

Purchases made with DC Jewellery may be shipped to addresses in the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

We are proud to ship to customers in additional countries around the globe. Please contact us on info@dcjewellery.com to confirm the country of destination if not previously listed above.

Importer Of Record

When ordering from DC Jewellery, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Title and risk of loss for items ordered will transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the carrier.

Prior to delivery to the recipient, the shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges of the destination country where applicable. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Value added tax (VAT) will be applied for all orders where applicable. The VAT amount is calculated based on the shipping destination of your order.

The UK VAT Retail Export Scheme allows the VAT amount to be reimbursed to customers when they purchase goods in the EU and then export them outside the EU. Should you wish to be reimbursed for the VAT on your order, then the appropriate form should be completed at the time of your collection / delivery, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure this is requested.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Maestro.

    Bank Transfer

We accept cash payments to the value/equivalent of €10,000

Delivery Insurance

All shipments are fully insured up to £10,000. That means that your order is always shipped risk-free.

For added security, a signature will be required upon delivery of your DC Jewellery order. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt.

We advise to have your own insurance in place upon delivery, or collection of your order.

Once an item is signed for responsibility immediately transfers to the purchaser/consignee and our shipment insurance ceases to cover the item.

Customs, Duties And Taxes

The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs either our shipper, FedEx, DHL or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.

Please be advised that DC Jewellery has no control over these charges. Country of origin information for your order can be provided by our one of our team to assist in estimating import duties. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

Order Cancellation & Return Policy

DC Jewellery offers customers 30 days from the day their order is collected / received to cancel or return their order. If you wish to cancel or return your purchase please email info@dcjewellery.comn and we will provide you with details.

Please note that this is not applicable to bespoke or custom jewellery designs unless confirmed in writing prior to your order being placed; and that all items being returned must be unworn and in original packaging.

Note that once your item has shipped, your order cancellation will take effect after it has been returned to us and examined by quality control. Returns are sent at your own cost and risk.

You may also return your purchase to us at DC Jewellery, 16 Greville Street, London EC1N 8SQ.

International refunds are subject to currency fluctuations. Upon return of an international order we will refund the full purchase price in the same currency and payment method used to purchase. Should the customer be the importer of the item they will be responsible for claiming back any taxes or duties if returning the item for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

You should inspect your order upon collection / delivery for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return. If your order was found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective (through no fault of your own wearing, wear or tear or use), we will repair the item or refund the price paid by you, including any delivery charges you paid, provided that you have not worn or used and damaged the order, and return it to us. It is at our discretion whether a repair or refund is appropriate.

DC Jewellery offer a ten year warranty on manufacturing faults on all our products. Please contact us as soon as possible should you wish to return an item to us for repair. Please note this warranty does not cover items that become damaged due to wear or tear or use and that any items returned to us are sent at the owners cost and risk.

The owner of the jewellery is expected to take all relevant steps to maintain its integrity and hence regular servicing is to be expected. The recommended servicing interval will depend on said item. Please contact us with any servicing queries, or click here to find out more.

DC Jewellery advise you to have your jewellery appropriately insured against loss, damage or theft, however caused. We recommend having insurance in place for time of collection or delivery.

Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

Resizing

DC Jewellery offer one free resize with every engagement ring. This resize cannot be transferred to any other purchase. Ring sizing is subjective and whilst we will endeavour to accurately advise all our customers, ultimate responsibility rests with the customer to select their correct size.

Should any further alterations be necessary these will be charged accordingly.

Complimentary resize is valid within 3 months of purchase unless an extension is agreed in writing prior to the expiry of the 3 month deadline.

Complimentary resizes are limited to a maximum of 5 sizes larger. Resizes above 5 sizes will be charged according to the amount of additional metal added to the ring.

Information On Our Website

At DC Jewellery, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, colour and size may vary slightly.

Policy On Conflict Diamonds

At DC Jewellery, we only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.

Certification

Unless otherwise indicated / requested all our mined diamonds above 0.30ct are GIA certified. Lab Grown diamonds will be certified by the GIA or IGI. Should you want a diamond with a certificate by a specific company, please contact us and we will source this for you.
