We have our own workshop on-site staffed by our talented in-house master goldsmiths. This means that we are able to clean and service your jewellery quickly and effectively, always ensuring the highest of standards.

Jewellery cleaning is a specialist process that requires experienced goldsmiths to carefully remove the dirt that collects around the metal and precious stones, and polish off scrapes and marks caused by day to day wear.
Your jewellery is safe at the hands of our talented in-house goldsmiths who can effectively clean and service your engagement ring, necklace, earring and wedding band.
Here are some of the techniques we use to make your jewellery look good and give it a new lease of life.
Our specialist polishing wheels are specifically made for the polishing of jewellery and are equipped with varying grades of hard- and soft-grain polishing finishes.
The polishing process focuses on the metal part of your jewellery and the different grades mean that we can polish out the tiniest scratch on the metal. This is what gives your precious metal its lustre and sparkle!
For deeper abrasions or damage caused to the metal we are able to use one of our state of the art laser welding machines to effectively melt new metal into the cavity.
This can be a skilled and timely process but one that alleviates the need to remake or replace a damaged item.
Following filling and polishing, your jewellery will then go into an ultrasonic cleaner. Our jewellery grade cleaner uses ultrasonic waves to remove dirt, grease, grime and polishing sediment from the deepest parts of your jewellery. This process is what will deep clean your jewellery.
The smooth surface of a diamond easily traps dirt and grease which over time will make it look dull and lifeless. The ultrasonic cleaner restores your diamond to life and gives it back that dazzling sparkle!
Some precious gemstones (such as emeralds) cannot be exposed to ultrasonic waves. Please talk to us to discuss how we can best clean your precious gemstone jewellery.
Steam cleaning involves using high pressured bursts of heated steam to clean out any remnants of dirt or polishing agents that remain on your jewellery, while at the same time sterilising the item.
This is the final process making your jewellery perfectly clean and ready to wear and enjoy.
