Coronavirus Covid-19 Updates

We are pleased to confirm that along with the opening of the London Assay Office we have re-opened our workshop (although currently not to the public) and have resumed manufacturing of existing and online orders.
To ensure we meet social distancing restrictions we are operating at a reduced staffing level and while we are still aiming to maintain our 2-4 week lead time on new orders, this may be subject to change. (Should you need an item by a specific deadline please let us know and we will do everything we can to oblige).
We are also offering Virtual Appointments to allow us to offer our customers the same high level of consultation providing information and advice, as usual. Should you like to schedule a virtual appointment by video link, phone or your preferred platform please get in touch by following this link.
We continue to take every precaution to keep our showroom and workshop clean and sterile and have introduced both more stringent cleaning schedules as well as disinfecting all items being sent to us, as well as any items sent out to customers.
We are closely monitoring information from the Government, World Health Organisation, Local Authorities and trade bodies and we aim to re-open both Showroom and workshop fully as soon as it is safe to do so.
